Questions

What happens after I pay?

Your organization is created right away with you as its admin, and we email you. Sign in at /portal with the work email you entered: you get a one-time sign-in link, then add your vendors and invite colleagues. While signed in, the full dashboard is open to you.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from the portal (Organization → Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; nothing renews after that. Your vendor list is kept, so subscribing again picks up where you left off.

Monthly or yearly?

Starter: $49 a month or $490 a year. Pro: $149 a month or $1,490 a year. Yearly saves two months. Prices are in U.S. dollars; sales tax or VAT is added where it applies. Invoices and receipts are in Manage billing.

How is a vendor's security grade worked out?

From public data only, with nothing sent to the vendor: incidents and ransomware claims in the past three years, flaws in its products that attackers exploited (CISA KEV), and its email and domain security (SPF, DMARC, MTA-STS, DNSSEC, CAA, domain lock and expiry). Each point deducted is explained. A grade is a reason to ask the vendor questions, not a verdict on their security.

Can I move from Starter to Pro?

Yes: in the portal, Organization → Upgrade to Pro. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period, and your vendor list, team and history stay as they are.

How are vendors matched?

On the same company name (legal endings like Inc or GmbH ignored), a known alias or the same website. Similar names don't match, so "Apple" never matches "Apple Valley Clinic". Details on the vendor alerts page.

Does no alert mean a vendor is safe?

No. We see what is reported publicly: ransomware leak sites, regulator filings, data-leak listings and news. Many attacks are never posted or disclosed.
